The Beachtek DXA-SLR helps DSLR video shooters solve the input issues inherent in DSLR cameras. The Beachtek can receive an audio signal from up to 2 XLR inputs and provide phantom power for two microphones.
The level of the audio signal is then controlled by the dials on the face of the device, and fed through into the DSLR through a 1/8' audio cable.
The DXA-SLR also has the ability to disable the automatic gain control function of many DSLR cameras.
